Refund & Returns Policy

At Violetta Lawrence, every product is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are produced individually after an order is placed, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Please read the information below before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Digital products, including wallpapers, downloadable artwork and other digital files, are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
2. Physical Products
We accept returns for eligible physical products under the following conditions:
- the item is unused and unworn;
- the item is returned in its original condition;
- the item is returned in its original packaging where possible;
- the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery (where applicable under consumer law).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because many products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- items ordered in the wrong size;
- incorrect colour or design selected by the customer;
- change of mind after production has begun;
- custom or personalised products.
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- a replacement;
- a refund;
- another suitable resolution.
There is no additional cost to you if the issue was caused during production or shipping.
5. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because each item is created specifically for your order.

Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device settings and printing process. Such variations are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
